The other day I made Taydom some Gluten Free, Casein Free Cookies that were actually Good. I have found many GFCF cookies in the store that are very good but to make good GFCF cookies I have been struggling to do. I have made these cookies before just as the receipt read but this time I thought I would try vegan butter instead of Crisco. I never like using Crisco in any receipt (it grosses me out) but I did with this one because I do not know the science of GFCF cooking very well and did not want to mess it up. I need to look at the nutritional facts and compare the vegan butter and Crisco to see what one would be better but right now Taydom said he very likes these cookies and they are almost gone.
